Shipping software for teams that need
speed, control, and fewer mistakes.

PolyBag is a configurable multicarrier shipping workstation for businesses shipping 100-2,000+ packages a day. Rate shop, validate packing by barcode, and batch ship from one browser-based workflow using your own carrier accounts.

Supported carriers

The core workstation your shipping team lives in all day

Rate Shopping

Compare rates and delivery dates across USPS, FedEx, and UPS in real time using your own accounts and negotiated rates. Build rules around service level, package type, or destination so the right option is already queued up when the order lands on the station.

Barcode-Driven Packing Validation

Guide packers through a scan-first workflow that confirms the right items, the right quantities, and the final package weight before a label is printed. PolyBag works with scanners, scales, and printers at the station so the whole pack-and-ship flow stays in one place.

Batch Shipping

Process large runs fast when you already know what should ship. Batch label generation handles repetitive shipments efficiently while still keeping costs, tracking numbers, and exceptions visible to the team running the floor.

Operational Fit

Configurable enough for the way your warehouse actually works

PolyBag is aimed at small and mid-sized operations that have outgrown lightweight label tools but do not want enterprise software that forces a whole new process. The goal is to support your workflow, not make your team work around the software.

Custom workflow support Browser-based workstation On-site deployment available Direct hardware integration
On-site deployment options For teams that need local control, network constraints, or a deployment model that fits existing operations.
Amazon Transparency in the packing flow Transparency code handling can be built into scan-and-pack so compliance happens where the work actually happens.
Runs in a browser tab, still talks to hardware A lightweight local program bridges scales and silent printing so the workstation stays simple for operators.
Made for mixed workflows Single-order stations, barcode-driven pack benches, and batch shipping can coexist without forcing one rigid path.

Best fit
Fulfillment teams shipping 100-2,000+ packages per day that want rate shopping, barcode-driven packing validation, and batch shipping in one workstation

We currently prioritize fulfillment operations within the continental US. We usually follow up within a few business days to confirm workflow fit, answer implementation questions, and outline next steps.

A heads-up on hardware: PolyBag supports both ZPL thermal printers and PDF label printing, and works with most scales and scanners commonly used at shipping stations. If your setup is unusual, we will confirm compatibility during the rollout process and call out any extra implementation work before go-live.

Thanks for applying!

We'll be in touch within a few days to learn more about your setup. In the meantime, feel free to reach out at hello@polybag.app.

How many workstations would be running PolyBag simultaneously?

Hardware (optional)
Know your printer, scale, or scanner models? Adding them helps us check compatibility before your first session.
PolyBag supports both ZPL thermal printers and PDF label printing. ZPL is faster and skips OS printer drivers but takes more setup - we'll help either way.
Most scales should work, including USB and serial models. USB/HID scales are plug-and-play - serial or non-standard interfaces may need some extra setup time.
Any scanner with a USB keyboard (HID) mode should be compatible.

PolyBag comes from hands-on fulfillment experience: packing orders, troubleshooting stations, chasing down mis-picks, and keeping labels moving when volume spikes. It's designed for operators who need practical software that adapts to the floor instead of getting in the way.
